Itinerary

• Day 1

  Day 01: Transfer From Manali to Kaza 2,050 meters / 6,726 feet ( 205 kms /11 hrs)

  • Once you reach Manali, our driver will pick you up from the spot or hotel and take you to your first destination - Kaza.
  • The drive to Kaza will be fascinating - with all the wonderful scenic views. On the way, you can request a tea break or relaxation break. Batal is the ideal place to stop for lunch.
  • After which, you will pass through the two highest passes in the region, one being - Kunzum Pass (4,558 meters). There is a small temple near the pass, and you can seek blessings before you begin your drive ahead. Ideally, you can witness the splendid beauty of CB ranges and snow-clad glaciers from the Pass.
  • On reaching Kaza, you can check into your hotel and relax. Have dinner and retire for the day - the new dawn awaits you.
• Day 2

  Day 02: Sightseeing around Kaza (5-6 hrs)

  • Get up to the breathtaking beauty of Kaza. Have your delicious breakfast and head for a local tour around Kaza.
  • Your first stop will be the village of Lagnza. You can take a nature walk around the place. Also, you can visit the monastery on the top and look for fossils on the way. If lucky, you will be able to see yaks grazing in the fields.
  • If the climate is perfect, head for Hikkim, and the Comic Village, as it's the world's highest village connected by road.
  • Later, you can visit the popular - Kee Monastery and the village of Kibber. You can walk around the place, discover things, and see Himalayan blue sheep and snow ibex on the spot.
  • After that, you can head to Kibber village and have a meal. If you are a foodie - you will love to savor authentic Tibetan dishes.
  • Head back to your hotel, have dinner, and retire for the day.
• Day 3

  Day 03: Kaza-Tabo-Kaza 3,200 meters / 10,500 feet (50 km / 3- hrs).

  • It's the day to explore a little more around Kaza.
  • Have breakfast, and our driver will take you to Tabo Monastery, the oldest monastery and the most popular one in the region.
  • After which, our driver will take you to Kaza.
  • On the way, you can stop at popular attractions like - Dhankar village and Dhankar monastery and fort.
  • Here you have an option of having lunch or tea with locals. Continue your drive and on reaching your hotel, relax for a while.
  • In the evening, you are free to explore the Kaza market.
  • Have dinner and retire for the day.
• Day 4

  Day 04: Kaza to Chandratal Lake (114 km, 6-7 Hrs)

  • Start your day early today and have your delicious breakfast. You can head to your first destination - Chandratal Lake by crossing Kunzum Pass (15,100ft). Near Batal, there will be a change of vehicle to Sumo.
  • The drive to the lake will be mesmerizing with the scenic beauty of CB ranges. Once you reach the lake point, you can explore the wonderful region.
  • The lake has deep blue water, a circumference of 2.5 Kms, and the views are surreal.
  • There is also a belief that - it's the same spot where the God Indra`s chariot took the eldest Pandava brother Yudhistra to heaven in his mortal form.
  • You can have an amazing time here with your loved ones admiring the beauty of the lake.
  • Get ready for night camping fun after dinner.
• Day 5

  Day 05: Chandratal to Manali Drop 2,050 meters / 6,726 feet (130 km /07-8 hrs)

  • It's the last day of your wonderful tour, but it will be the best tour of your life.
  • Make an early start and have breakfast by the lake amid the scenic views.
  • On the way to Manali, you can stop for lunch at a local restaurant to enjoy Tibetan food.
  • On your drive to Manali, you can pass through Kunzum Pass (4,558 meters) and visit a temple to seek blessings.
  • After which, you will reach the most splendid pass - Rohtang Pass (3,980 meters). The Pass offers scenic views of the Himalayan belt.
  • Once you enter Kullu, continue your drive toward Manali.
  • By evening you can check into your hotel in Manali.
