2. Minimum Kilometers Charged Per Day:
There is a minimum distance charge applicable for each day of usage. Typically, the minimum distance charged per day is set at 120 kilometers. To illustrate this, consider the following example for clarity: If you rent a vehicle for 3 days, the minimum charge will be calculated as 3 days * 120 kilometers/day = 360 kilometers. If your actual combined usage for the three days is less (e.g., 200 kilometers), you will still be charged for the minimum of 360 kilometers. Conversely, if your usage exceeds 360 kilometers, you will be charged for the actual kilometers traveled.

3. Definition of a Day:
A "day" is defined as the period from 12 midnight to the next day's 12 midnight for all calculation purposes.

The base fare is the initial rate that will be charged for your car rental. These base fares are typically offered in two packages: 4 hours/40 kilometers and 8 hours/80 kilometers.

2. Additional Kilometer Charges:
If your actual travel distance exceeds the kilometers included in the base package, you will be required to pay an additional amount per extra kilometer traveled.

3. Additional Hour Charges:
If your rental duration surpasses the hours specified in the base package, you will incur an additional fee for each extra hour beyond the package hours.

Local, Transfer, and Outstation Car Rental Services

Local Rental:
Our local rental service offers two packages:

  • 8 hours/80 kilometers (12-150): This package provides flexibility for your local travel needs. You will be charged based on either the hourly rate or the distance covered, whichever is applicable within 8 hours or 80 kilometers. If you require more time or distance, you can extend your package up to 12 hours or 150 kilometers. After reaching these limits, a different package rate will apply.

Local Transfer:
Our local transfer service is designed for short trips, including transfers to and from airports, railway stations, bus stands, residences, hotels, and factories. The package includes:

  • 4 hours/40 kilometers: You will be charged based on this package, allowing you to complete your local transfer within the specified time and distance. If you need more time or distance, you can extend the package up to 6 hours or 60 kilometers. Beyond this limit, the next package rate will be applied.

Outstation Travel:
For outstation travel, we calculate charges on a per-day basis, considering one calendar day from midnight to midnight (0000 Hrs. to 2400 Hrs.). Additional charges will apply for any extra days and the distance covered during those days.
