2. If a booking is canceled between 14 and 7 days before the travel date, a 50% cancellation charge will be applied to the total booking amount.
3. If a booking is canceled between 6 and 2 days before the travel date, a 75% cancellation charge will be applied to the total booking amount.
4. No amount will be refunded if a booking is canceled on the same day as the travel date.
5. No amount will be refunded in the event of mechanical trouble with the vehicle or due to natural calamities such as landslides, floods, earthquakes, heavy snowfall, or any other reason beyond the control of Himachal Tour Cab, which operates under Travel Wikipedia Tour And Travels.

Himachal Tour Cab, operating under Travel Wikipedia Tour And Travels, will not be held responsible for any delays or inconveniences experienced by passengers during the journey. This includes delays due to vehicle breakdowns or unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of Himachal Tour Cab.
